Executive/Personal Assistant needed for Founder of boutique investment firm located in the heart of Manhattan. Manage everything as it relates to keeping life of employer running fluidly. Deal with charities, organize calendars, meetings, domestic and global travel and special events. Order flowers and gifts, deal with IT and staff issues. Handle filing, archiving, emails and bill paying. Coordinate home renovations, manage household schedules. Create spreadsheets and presentations. Devise letters to CEO's, Dignitaries and the like.
Must possess prior experience supporting a prominent executive and have a true love of the role. Exceptional MS Office and writing skills required. Must be a clear and be a strong communicator.
Base salary up to 200K. Bachelors' degree required.
